For Singapore Citizens & PRs:

  • Email the below documents to sgcardsales1@citi.com

    • Copy (front & back) of your NRIC
    • Copy of your latest telephone bill (as proof of billing if billing address is different from the address in IC)

  • Submit your past 12 months CPF statement via

    CPF WEB-LINK

  • If you are unable to submit your CPF statement via the CPF WEB-LINK, you will be required to visit any of our branches closest to you for completing the application.
  • Our officers will contact you within 2 working days to provide an update on your application.

The revised account service fee and minimum total relationship balance requirements will be effective from 1st January 2017 for Citi Priority, Citigold and Citigold Private Client and will be effective from 1st February 2017 for Citibanking clients.

Account service fee is waived as long as you maintain $15,000 Total Relationship Balance for Citibanking and Citigold customers. Failing which, a fee of S$15 will be imposed on the account(s).

Deposit Insurance Scheme

Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$50,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured. For more information, please refer to SDIC's website at www.sdic.org.sg.
