How it works.

Here's how to reduce your credit card balance with a Pay with Points redemption:

    Check your eligible credit card account for purchases made in select categories.

  • 2

    Make your selection - be sure your rewards balance is enough to cover the total charge.

  • 3

    Accept the Pay with Points Terms and Conditions and a statement credit will be posted to your credit card account.

Remember, you must still make the required minimum payment due on your Citi credit card account.
