Revision to Citibank Online Electronic Statement(s) Facility Terms and Conditions

The Citibank Online Electronic Statement(s) Facility terms and conditions will be revised with effect from 4 August 2016.
The existing terms and conditions can be found here, and will be replaced with the revised version from 4 August 2016


Important Notice - Your Account Security

It has come to our attention that variants of malwares are targeting Singapore Internet Banking websites and we would like to remind our users to update their anti-virus software with the latest virus signatures. You should also do a full virus scan before using any online banking service if you suspect your computer is affected.

The malware targets customer by copying bank's login page with modification on information request flow.

Do not proceed if you encounter unusual online banking processes, such as:

·       A separate pop-up window appears and prompts you to confirm your identify or to provide your full card information during login

·       The screens in the login or OTP flow look suspicious

·       An Online Authorisation Code (OAC) with a payee name that you did not set up being sent to you

·       A screen that says "Security verification in progress", "Please wait 10 minutes", or ask you for an Online Authorisation Code (OAC) immediately
