STEP 1: LOG ON & RETRIEVE

Log on to Citi Mobile® App to retrieve your unique invitation code by sliding across the offers found at the bottom of your screen.

STEP 2: REGISTER

Complete your registration with your unique invitation code at https://www.prioritypass.com/citipmvisa.

STEP 3: DOWNLOAD

Download the Priority Pass App through App Store or Google Play.

FAQs

1. Can I still utilise my physical Priority Pass Card after I sign up for a Digital Membership Card?

No, you cannot continue to utilise your physical Priority Pass Card after registering for a digital account. Please take note that all physical Priority Pass Cards will be deactivated after 7 September 2020.
Customers who would like to continue to enjoy the benefit will have to register for a Digital Membership Card at https://www.prioritypass.com/citipmvisa and use the Priority Pass App to redeem airport lounge entitlements.

2. What is my airport lounge visit entitlements on Digital Membership Card?

Citi PremierMiles Visa Cardmember will be entitled to two airport lounge visit entitlements per calendar year. You will be given two airport lounge visit entitlements immediately upon successful registration of your Digital Membership Card.

3. What happens if I utilise more than two complimentary airport lounge visits in a calendar year?

If you utilised more than two airport lounge visits within a calendar year on your physical Priority Pass Card or Digital Membership Card, excess visits will be charged to your Citi PremierMiles Visa Card account at US$35 per person per visit (or at the prevailing rate).

4. What will happen to the two airport lounge visit entitlements on my physical Priority Pass Card if I do not utilise by 7 September 2020?

All physical Priority Pass Card will be terminated after 7 September 2020. Any un-utilised visits will be forfeited.

5. Can I apply for a Priority Pass Membership if I am a supplementary Citi PremierMiles Visa Cardmember?

Priority Pass membership is on registration basis and is reserved for basic Citi PremierMiles Visa Cardmember only. Supplementary Citi PremierMiles Visa Cardmember who signs up for a Priority Pass membership using Citi PremierMiles Visa privileges will be charged at US$35 per person per lounge visit (or at the prevailing rate) and US$99 for Priority Pass Membership.

6. There is an error on the entitlements displayed on Priority Pass App. Who can I reach out to for the error?

7. Can I link my new Digital Membership Card to my current Priority Pass account? I am already subscribed as a member.

You will need to create a new account for the Digital Membership Card associated with your Citi PremierMiles Visa Card as Priority Pass does not allow linkages between memberships.

8. How do I sign up for a Priority Pass Digital Membership Card?

If you are a basic Citi PremierMiles Visa Cardmember, retrieve your unique invitation code from Citi Mobile® App. Thereafter, visit https://www.prioritypass.com/citipmvisa to complete your registration. Upon successful registration, you will need to download the Priority Pass App on your mobile phone. Thereafter, you will be able to login to Priority Pass App to enjoy your complimentary airport lounge privileges.

9. Why is my airport lounge visits not immediately reflected under ‘Visit Used’ in my Account Dashboard?

Lounge visits may take up to 3-5 working days to reflect under ‘Visit Used’. Kindly click on ‘Visit History’ if you require additional information on usage.

10. Who is entitled to utilise the two complimentary airport lounge visits?

Each basic Citi PremierMiles Visa Cardmember is entitled to two complimentary lounge visits per calendar year. Cardmembers have a choice to enjoy either (i) 2 separate member visits, or (ii) 1 concurrent member & guest visit.

11. Can I visit the airport lounge again after utilizing the two complimentary airport lounge visits?

Any additional visits will enjoy the preferential visit rate of US$35 per person per visit. All preferential visit fee amounts will be debited from your Citi PremierMiles Visa Card.

12. How do I access my Priority Pass Digital Membership Card?

To view your Digital Membership Card, please login to your account via Priority Pass App or website by entering the username and password that you created during your membership registration.

13. How can I retrieve my username and/or password?

Click on “Forgot your details?” in the login page and provide the information as requested.

14. Where can I find the list of airport lounges and if the lounge accepts the Digital Membership Card?

Visit the Priority Pass App or website to search for your desired lounge in the relevant city or airport. If the lounge accepts the Digital Membership Card, “Digital Card Accepted” will be listed under the “Facilities” section
