Utilising Document Upload
Step 1
Print and fill the document you wish to submit.
You may refer to the following links for the full list of application forms.
Alternatively, customers can also choose to write down necessary details/instructions on a blank piece of paper and send across the handwritten document.
Step 2
Scan or take a picture of the document.
Step 3
Login to Citibank Online, select "Services", followed by "My Profile", "Document Upload".
Exclusively for International Personal Bank customers, you may wish to do so via Citi Mobile® App.
Login to Citi Mobile® App, select "Settings and more", followed by "Document upload" under the "Action" section.

Please note that Facsimile (FAX) Banking will no longer be available to Customers with effect from August 2 2017.
