Can I still use my Citi Lazada Card from 16 January 2024?
No. With effect from 16 January 2024, you will not be able to use your Citi Lazada Card (including any supplementary cards) for any transactions,
including but not limited to transactions via mobile wallet, physical card usages and online transactions.

Will I still receive credit card statements for my Citi Lazada Card from 16 January 2024?
If there are outstanding balances (credit or debit) on your Citi Lazada Card from 16 January 2024,
you will continue to be sent Citi Lazada Card statements,
notwithstanding that your Citi Lazada Card would have been discontinued and will no longer be usable.

Can I still redeem my Reward Points? What will happen to my unused Reward Points in my Citi Lazada Card?
You may continue to redeem your Reward Points until 15 January 2024.
Any unused Reward Points after 15 January 2024 shall automatically be forfeited.

What will happen to my outstanding balances on my Citi Lazada Card from 16 January 2024?
Please make full payment for the outstanding balances on your Citi Lazada Card by the next payment due date set out in your monthly account statement. Please be advised that relevant charges (late fees and/or finance charges) will apply if payment is not received. There is potential impact to your Credit Bureau records if your outstanding balances are not paid by payment due date.

What will happen to the complimentary travel insurance offered on the Citi Lazada Card?
If you charged the full fare of your travel ticket to your Citi Lazada Card (“Transaction”) and activated your complimentary travel insurance via the Citibank website before 16 January 2024 and your travel dates are within 6 months from the date of the Transaction, the complimentary travel insurance will still apply in accordance with the complimentary travel insurance terms and conditions. What will happen to the Citi Lazada Card Shipping Rebates?
You will continue to enjoy Shipping Rebates for a Qualifying Charge at Lazada (capped at maximum of 4 Shipping Rebates per month)
until 30 November 2023 in accordance with the Citi Lazada Card Shipping Rebates Terms and Conditions.
You will not be entitled to any Shipping Rebates for any Qualifying Charge made after 30 November 2023.
The last round of Shipping Rebates will be credited into your Citi Lazada Card account in the month of December 2023.

What will happen to the exclusive offers offered on Lazada using the Citi Lazada Card
There will be no more exclusive offers offered on Lazada for the Citi Lazada Card from 30 November 2023 onwards.

I have signed up for Credit Insure/ Credit Insure Gold that is being billed to my Citi Lazada Card. What should I do?
Your existing Credit Insure/ Credit Insure Gold on your Citi Lazada Card will be cancelled from 16 January 2024.
Your Credit Insure/ Credit Insure Gold policy will lapse unless you have requested for the Credit Insure/ Credit Insure Gold premiums
to be charged to an alternative Citi Credit Card of your choice.

What will happen to my existing PayAll arrangements?
Your existing PayAll arrangement (excluding tax payments done in installments via Citi Paylite)
would automatically be cancelled on 16 January 2024.
You will need to set up a new Citi PayAll arrangement on other eligible Citi Credit Card through the Citi Mobile App.

What will happen to my Citi Lazada Card on my Mobile Wallets?
You will no longer be able to make transactions using the Citi Lazada Card provisioned on any of your Mobile Wallets
with effect from 16 January 2024 onwards.

Can I still request for a card replacement if I lost my card or reported fraudulent transactions previously?
Yes, you can request and we will send a replacement Citi Lazada Card to you up until 7 January 2024.
We will not be sending out any replacements Citi Lazada Card after this date.

What do I do with my physical Citi Lazada Card?
You may cut the card in half and dispose of the physical card thereafter.

What happens to my credit limit on my Citi Lazada Card? Can I transfer it to my Citibank Ready Credit account?
If you have other Citibank credit cards, your combined credit limit across all your personal Citibank credit cards will remain the same. If you do not have other Citibank credit cards and have an existing Citibank Ready Credit account, you can also apply to shift your credit limit to your Citibank Ready Credit account by completing the form at
