How do I enroll for this service? |
|
To enroll for electronic statements, follow these simple steps: |

- Login to citibank.com.sg with you 16 digit credit card or ATM/debit card number and PIN
- Select 'View Statements'
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Verify your email address
- Select if you wish to enroll for your banking statements, credit card and Citibank Ready Credit statements or both.
- Select if you wish to view your statements via Citibank Online only or receive your statements directly in your email inbox in the form of an encrypted PDF attachment and also view your statements via Citibank Online.
- If you have chosen the option to receive your statements directly in your email inbox in the form of an encrypted PDF attachment, you will be required to create a password.

Is it secure to have my statements sent to my email? |
|
Yes. For statements that are sent to your email inbox, a password is required to view your statements. To view your statements online, you are required to login to Citibank Online with your 16 digit ATM/debit card or credit card number and PIN and a One-Time PIN (OTP) which will be sent to your mobile phone or generated by the Online Security Device (OSD). |

How do I know if my statement is ready for viewing? |
|
An email with your encrypted PDF statement will be sent to your email inbox. If you have chosen not to receive your electronic statements in your email, you will receive an email notification for each of your accounts whenever your electronic statements are ready for viewing. You will also receive an email notification alerting you on your payment, 7 days before your credit card or Citibank Ready Credit bills are due. |

When will I start to receive my electronic statements? |
|
Upon successful enrolment, you will be on electronic statements from the next statement cycle onwards. Every month, your statements will be delivered directly to your email inbox in the form of a password encrypted PDF attachment. If you have chosen not to receive your electronic statements in your email, you will receive an email notification for each of your accounts whenever the electronic statements are ready for viewing |

How long will my electronic statements be stored? |
|
You will be able to access your statements for up to the past 12 months. To access statements which period is longer than the past 12 months, please call our 24-Hour CitiPhone banking at 6225 5225 to request for paper statements. Charges may apply. |

If I am enrolled for Citibank Electronic Statements, will I receive electronic statements for my joint and/or account? |
|
Your statement arrangement will follow that of the main account holder. |
|
I.e. If the main account holder is on electronic statements, he/she will receive the statements in his/her email inbox and will be able to view the statements via Citibank Online. The secondary account holder will not receive the statements in his/her inbox but will be able to view his/her statements via Citibank Online regardless if he/she is on electronic statements. Likewise, if the main account holder is on paper while the secondary account holder is on electronic statements, a paper statement will be sent. |
