  • Between 0000hrs – 1200hrs, key services that will be unavailable:
    1. Login on Citibank Online at www.citibank.com.sg via all devices
    2. Citi Mobile App
    3. Self-Service Phone Banking
    4. Online purchases authentication (3DSecure)
    5. Registration of Citi Credit Cards / Citi Mastercard Debit for Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay
  • Between 0145hrs – 0745hrs, PayNow and FAST transfers will be unavailable.
  • Between 0200hrs – 0400hrs, transaction alerts will be put on hold and be released once the activity is completed.
  • Between 0300hrs – 0600hrs, Citibank ATM and Cash Deposit Machines will be unavailable.
  • Between 0300hrs – 0400hrs, Retail and online purchases with Debit Card will be unavailable.
