Revision of Bill Payment Feature
We would like to inform you that we are making changes to our bill payment feature on Citibank Online, CitiBusiness Online and the Citi Mobile® App.
Effective 1 March 2021, payments to the following listed organisations from our bill payment feature will be discontinued. Please note that you will no longer be able to make payments to these billing organisations and all existing standing instructions will no longer be processed. You may consider alternative digital payment methods for your payments or transfer needs, such as PayNow, FAST and GIRO.
To check your current payment schedules, please login to Citibank Online or CitiBusiness Online and navigate to 'Payments & Transfers' → ‘Manage Payments & Transactions’ → ‘Scheduled Transactions’.
For recurring bill payments, you may explore other payment options that are available on your respective billing organisations' website. Kindly note that the time taken to effect such recurring payment arrangement depends on the billing organisation, and until the said payment arrangement is effective, you are advised to utilise alternative payment methods as recommended by the billing organisation.
